Kathleen O’Hara, CPCU, ARe, has joined SECURUS as Business Relationship Manager. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Richard Stockton State College, Pomona, NJ. O’Hara, a resident of Lititz, has worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years and recently worked at Eastern Alliance Insurance Group. Working directly with Ray Shirk, President/CEO, Kathy will manage all aspects client management and customer service.

Janet Lukes has joined Securus as Benefits Assistant for Securus Third Party Administrators, a division of The Securus Group., Inc. Janet holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from the University of Scranton. Her responsibilities include customer service, processing and administration. Lukes, a resident of Lancaster, has worked in the insurance industry for 22 years.

Recently retired from RGS Associates in Brownstown, she will manage the administrative duties of the Executive office of the President /Financial Advisor.
