Alliance President Addresses Westfield TAPP Graduates

Jane Koppenheffer, President of The Insurance Alliance, participated in the Westfield Insurance Association Perpetuation Plan recognition lunch on November 2, 2007. Jane is currently serving as a member of Westfield Agents Association in the role of Education Committee Chairperson. Roger McManus, President of Westfield Insurance, joined Jane in sharing comments with the TAPP program graduates.
Jane’s presentation focused on “Becoming an American Insurance Idol,” drawing inspiration and lessons from the popular reality television show that included the “Components of Success” of raw talent, personality, persistence and training and more.
The Association Perpetuation Plan (TAPP) offers a proven curriculum of advanced insurance sales, management and technical training for emerging producers and future agency principals. Since its inception in 1992, more than 374 agents have benefited from TAPP training.
