Her responsibilities have included a wide variety of Home Office and Field responsibilities in Underwriting, Marketing and Product Development, Training, Operations and Information Technology.

Charles E. Joiner, AIC, AAM
Vice President of Claims and Operations
Chuck’s background includes over 25 years of claims experience including tenures with two Fortune 100 insurance carriers and one national Medical Malpractice carrier. His responsibilities have included a variety of positions in Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Litigation Management.

Randy Watts
Senior Risk Control Consultant
Randy’s insurance experience began in 1985 when he worked for ISO/Commercial Risk Services. At ISO he was trained in all services, including Public Protection Grading. While employed by USF&G he was the Harrisburg branch office Fire Protection Specialist and was trained to work with Highly Protected Risk (HPR) clients. He later led the Worker’s Comp team at USF&G before moving to EBI.

While at EBI from he was recognized as the practice leader for the company in long term care and helped develop the company’s “Zero Accident Culture” program. His work with clients resulted in several long term care facilities going for periods of one year or more with no compensable lost time accidents.    At Eastern Alliance Randy held a management position and oversaw the operation of their Risk Management Department.  For the past two years Randy was a Senior Risk Engineer for Chubb and Son working from their Harrisburg office.

In addition to his insurance experience, Randy is a certified instructor for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy and has taught college level fire protection courses at the Harrisburg Area Community College. He has published several books on local Pennsylvania history with a focus on the iron and mineral industries of central Pennsylvania in the 1800’s.

Marsha Patterson
Office Manager
Marsha has served as the Executive and Administrative Assistant to District and Senior Vice Presidents of two Fortune 100 insurance carriers and one national Medical Malpractice insurance carrier during her 27-year career.

Amy Gohsler
Production Analyst
Amy is responsible for production analysis. She has 10 years experience in the insurance industry including Account Executive, risk management analysis, assisting Certified Financial Consultants, sales and customer service.
